Parents must complete and return the standard application form known as the Common Preference Form to the Local Authority (address will be on the application form) by the stated closing date. Failure to provide a Common Preference Form (CPF) would mean that the application is not valid.
If you would like to apply for a place for your child at St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School you must also complete the SIF form below and return it to the school. To support the application please provide a copy of your childs birth certificate and baptism certificate (if applicable). We are very happy to photocopy the original certificates for you if you wish us to do so.

The school will hold the details on file and when a place becomes available at the school it will be allocated in line with the school admissions policies.
